- My name is Marie, and I am the Crafty Goat. I love to knit, and have done so all my life (47 years, gasp!) I also love my planet and all things green, so the yarns I use are very important: I use only natural fibers from plants and animals, and if they don't have the look I am searching for at the time, I like to prowl garage sales, flea markets, goodwill, etc. for found yarns that can have a new life as a garment or a shawl. I knit all the time, it's my Prozac in fiber!
